The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged employers to balance the needs of their business, the expectations of their customers, and the safety of their employees. Telecommuting has provided relief for employers who are capable of providing the option for employees who are eligible. Now we are heading back into the workplace and employee requests for accommodations are rampant.
