Study of Harassment in the Workplace

The EEOC created a Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace early last year to assist with its’ prevention. A key recommendation has been made advising employers to ensure that the training is interactive and facilitated by a qualified trainer. Ideally, the training should be live.
