DE House Bill 360 Poster

Please note the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) poster available online has an error. The notice on the DOL website says that Independent Contractors are covered which they are not. We believe that the poster was created based on an earlier version of the bill and not the final bill which does not cover Independent Contractors. To date, the poster has not been updated. We will let you know when this has been updated on the DOL site.
